maker.
The cheese is typically matured over 12 months during which time it is checked by experienced cheese graders to ensure that it has a consistently high flavour profile.
Dubliner may contain naturally occurring calcium lactate crystals which appear as small white particles in the cheese. These crystals are a rich source of calcium.
Suitable for vegetarians, Dubliner is available in 2.5Kg, 400g and 200g sizes
