made with the finest fresh herbs and absolutely no preservatives. This butter
has all the attributes that gourmets look for in home-made compound butters,
without all the work. Kerrygold Garlic and Fresh Herb Butter is excellent for
melting over grilled seafood and steaks or just spread on a piece of crusty
bread. Kerrygold Garlic and Herb Butter is wrapped in Kerrygold's familiar
gold foil, measuring 100g.
Some suggested uses for the product:
Melt over a steak
Rub on fish prior to grilling, and serve with a knob of Kerrygold Garlic and Fresh Herb to finish.
Toss with warm pasta
Spread over French loaf and grill until butter has melted for delicious Garlic Bread
Add to mashed potato with a cup of full cream milk (or cream if you're feeling really decadent) for a creamy spoonful of heaven!
Spread over pita bread, top with goat cheese crumbles and grill for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
Toss with fresh vegatables such as: Asparagus, Courgette, Broccoli, etc... Add to warmed cannellini beans, along with some black olives and a garnish of Rosemary for a great side dish.
