Beyond the Green

There really are two Irelands. One is the cliché filled storybook of a land teeming with four leaf clovers, little men in gold pointy shoes, a potato on every plate and a barstool for every seat cushion. While we do enjoy a pint every now and again (and again), to place all of Ireland in a corny little box would be to miss out on one extraordinary culture.

The real Ireland is a place of warm hospitality, of centuries old castles and truly incredible golf. It's also, maybe most surprising, home to one of the world's greatest culinary revivals. Renowned chefs, gastronomic tours, and top tier cooking schools are all contributing to the resurrection. All of which are being led by Ireland's famous dairy culture.
