Unlike many large food producers, Kerrygold is a small farm co-op. That means the raw materials we use to make our cheese and butter come from a number of hand-selected, local Irish dairy farmers. We take only the best farms with the most authentic practices and harness the unique aspects of each region to create our premier products.
