Deirdre Cronin, North County Cork

Deirdre Cronin, is happiest when she's out spending time with all her girls. And since she has quite a few of them, Deirdre is always happy. Her girls, as you may have (hopefully) guessed, are what she lovingly calls her dairy cows. They're her pride and joy, as is her small family farm tucked amid the rolling hills of her birthplace in North County Cork.

Deirdre is an avid traveler who's been to every continent except Australia and Antarctica. The weather was quite a wash out this summer in Ireland and it's taking its toll. As she told us recently, "If I don't get a break soon I'll be mooing like the cows."
