Deirdre's letter
Dear Roisin,
Hope this letter finds you well. Many thanks for your lovely gift we received last week. My father was delighted with the golf balls, let's hope he'll have many holes in one compliments of Kerrygold.!!
I loved the cookbook — loads of lovely recipes. We would be delighted to be on your website — by all means go ahead. As I said previously we're a small, productive but friendly farm and everything here is our own rearing and breeding. We still recall the visit in May. It was a pity it was foggy but c'est la vie, that's Irish weather for you. I got a great buzz from the occasion and I've always had an interest in the agri-tourism business but like that in the story, didn't know where to begin. For us this was a change in the right direction and if we can do anything to help we will. The next twelve months or so could be interesting.
Just a bit of general news from across the water. Since ye have last been here would you believe we've had drought with no rain for almost 3 months. The girls were not too happy as we were short on grass — now with autumn on the way the grass is slow to come back.
So that's it for now Roisin. Do keep in touch.
Wishing you all the best, many thanks again.
Deirdre, Paddy Cronin
