Irish Dairy Board Introduces New Cheeses

The Irish Dairy Board has introduced four new Kerrygold cheeses. All cheeses are made with milk from Ireland's small dairy farm co-ops, where cows are grass-fed. The Emerald Isle has a rich dairy heritage; milk and butter have been part of the fabric of Irish society for thousands of years.
