One of the reasons every Kerrygold cheese tastes so distinctive is because they are each made in a unique part of Ireland. Kerrygold Swiss is no exception.

In the grasslands below the Rock of Cashel in County Tipperary roam some of the happiest herds in Ireland. These undulating pastures were first discovered by the Munster kings and have been nearly sacred ground ever since.

What's sacred to us is that these fields provide the richest, creamiest milk for our 100% natural Swiss. We age our Swiss over 90 days to enhance the delicate nuances that give it its signature sweet, nutty taste.
